Today I write to appreciate and commend two of your staff members, Noel and Sean. With a smile and an exceeding expectation attitude, Noel has visit upon visit made our arrival and departure welcoming and appreciated with an unending accommodation of our requests and needs. Sean at the front desk has delivered on each of several occasions, the expectation of a warm arrival greeting During our stay, both staff delivered on the initial promise with a positive, proactive approach to our questions, needs and challenges. They are assets of good will, good service and fosters repeat and referral business time and time again from us and to our colleagues and friends. Location is great |
| This was our first time to the Turks and Caicos Islands and we loved it. The beach, resort and staff were amazing. A great peaceful vacation. This resort is the "gem" on Grace Bay beach. We've already booked for next year. |
