RATES, TAX, AND FACILITY FEE
- Rates are subject to a 10% Government Tax and 10% Facility Fee. Rates are in US Dollars and are per room, per night, based on the standard occupancy. Each extra person (age 13 and older) over standard occupancy must pay $35 per night. Children ages 0-12 sstay free with paid adults.
- A 7 night minimum stay is required in all Oceanfront categories during the holiday period (12/20/08 - 1/2/09) 5 nights in all other categories.
- A 3-night deposit is required to secure a reservation. This deposit is fully refundable up to 21 days prior to day of arrival (except for travel 12/20/08 - 1/6/09) Categories are guaranteed, but specific suites are not.
